Passionate about every project Butter takes on, Jess loves working with clients, and coming up with fresh ways to solve problems. Jess has been recognised with awards for her photography, advertising and website design. In the past, she worked as a creative director across Australia and Berlin. But lately, Jess embarked on a new business selling book journals, while creating a second product around journaling, which will be launched in a few months. Jess will bring the lessons from these years into their sessions: “I’ve walked a colourful road and taken a lot of risks. First hand I’ve experienced of the good and the bad of running my own gig”

Madeline of Insight Academy

MADELINE LEMAN (SHE/HER)

She is passionate about people. Everything she does is centred around connection and helping people feel empowered to stand up for themselves and do what they love. As a musician, she does this through storytelling and vulnerability and as a coach she does this through building confidence and empathy. She shows her students that building resilience and emotional intelligence always starts with self-awareness. ‘At Insight, we say that ‘you can’t change what you don’t know.’ Self-awareness allows you to be honest about your weaknesses and also lean into your strengths when overcoming adversity.’

As a Startup Founder, Scott has designed, launched and sold Startups, is a co-founder and has Designed and delivered Innovation programs using the Design Thinking model for ASX listed companies. Scott launched his Disruptive Educational Group in 2012 after a number of courses has been dropped from the regional agenda in Victoria, with his education group filling the void up until last year delivering courses in Business, Fitness and Training and Assessment.
