Vocational Work Placement

Our program is a comprehensive work placement program designed to give participants 360 hours of real-world experience in their chosen field. Participants will work alongside industry professionals, gaining valuable skills and knowledge that will help them succeed in their careers.

Our program is for anyone interested in studying the Certificate III in Painting & Decoration or the Certificate III of Carpentry at Onsite Academy by Insight Academy, and wants to add work placement experience on top of their course qualification.

Participants will gain valuable proven experience working alongside industry professionals, which can help them stand out in a competitive job market. Additionally, the program provides opportunities for networking, which can lead to future job opportunities. Finally, participants will gain 360 hours of deeper understanding of their chosen field, helping to prepare them for long-term success.

Participants can expect to work alongside industry professionals, gaining practical experience in their chosen field. They will be assigned tasks and projects that will challenge them and help them develop new skills. Additionally, participants will receive regular feedback and guidance from their supervisors, helping them to improve their performance.

What are the entry requirements of the program?

• This is an add-on program which means participants must enrol in Certificate III in Painting & Decoration or the Certificate III of Carpentry at Onsite Academy by Insight Academy to apply for this program.
• This vocational training will be integrated into the course qualification and does not extend the length of the course qualification or visa.
• Participants are required to complete specific course units and participate in an interview to assess if they are prepared to undertake the vocational training.
